American Radiator strives to provide same-day shipping which we have become famous for within our industry. We take great pride in getting last-minute orders out the same day, especially when a unit is out of service. To expedite transit time and avoid additional fees for your shipment please read our shipping & delivery policy below. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have and find the best solution for you.

Ground Services

UPS Ground

UPS is our primary small package carrier nationwide. Transit times posted by UPS are guidelines and not guaranteed.

LTL Services

National Carriers

We work with all major carriers and typically choose the carrier with the fastest transit time for a particular lane. You can choose a specific carrier however additional charges may apply.

Hold at dock is an option that can help speed up transit time or reduce costs.

Will Call

Customer Pickup

Orders are available for customer pickup at our location. You can go ahead and place the order online, phone the order ahead of time, or order when you arrive.

UPS Expedited Services

Expedited services are available for most products that would typically ship UPS ground. Expedited services come with additional costs and are not guaranteed by the carrier. If the order does not arrive in time the carrier does not refund any portion of the freight costs.

American Radiator does not ship any regulated or Limited Quantity products by air, no exception.

LTL Commerical Address

All carriers have restrictions as to what qualifies as a commercial address. Our sales professionals are happy to help you through this process. If the carrier applies additional charges for the delivery the customer may be charged for those fees. Please provide accurate information when the order is placed.

If there is a residence on the property, the address is a farm, or the business is located in the middle of a residential area the shipment does not qualify as a commercial address.

SpeeDee Delivery

SpeeDee Delivery is an alternative carrier for ground shipments covering portions of the Midwest. This is an option available but subject to their coverage area.

LTL Residential Address

All carriers apply a service fee for residential deliveries. This service is available by most carriers. If a liftgate or appointment is needed at the time of delivery additional charges will apply.

ASAP Express

ASAP Express is an excellent service option for ground packages. ASAP covers all of Iowa and portions of surrounding states. Service availability is based on the coverage area.

LTL Limited Access Delivery

All carriers treat farms, schools, or addresses with limited access similar to residential deliveries. Additional fees do apply for these addresses even if it is classified as a business.
