Returns & Exchanges
In the event the item you ordered is no longer needed you may be eligible for a new product return or exchange. To expedite the return or exchange process please review the information below and follow the necessary steps.
1. Return & Exchange Guidelines
All new product returns and exchanges must meet the following guidelines:
The product must be in like new condition, without damage, and show no signs of installation. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched, or missing components are not eligible for a new return or exchange.
The product must be in sellable condition in the original packaging. (Boxes that are torn, have holes, or have been written on will be subject to a rebox fee.)
The standard period to return or exchange an item is 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been opened:
NOx Sensors
EGT Sensors
Hazardous Materials (SDS Regulated Items)
3. Return & Exchange Process
You must request an RMA number from our inside sales professionals for all returns. This can be done by emailing [email protected] or by calling 877.203.4572.
Do not write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please reference the RMA number on the shipping label and place a copy of the RMA inside the package.
Package the return so it will not be damaged during shipment. American Radiator is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier during the return process.
The customer is responsible for shipping the return or exchange back to American Radiator.
Once the return is received at our location we will inspect and process the return within 24 hours.
In the event there are questions regarding the return or exchange, American Radiator will reach out to the customer prior to processing a possible credit.
American Radiator is not responsible for items returned that are not accompanied by an RMA number.
