Product Alert -  Gasket tape is temperature sensative and must be installed in temperatures at 70°F or above. In cooler temperatures the foil cover will come off and delaminate the tape itself. If this has occurred, simply get the tape up to the desired temperature and everything should work accordingly.  Also note that the tape should be stored laying flat. If you stand the gasket tape on its side for long periods of time the glue will migrate to the bottom of the role.
