Returns Policy for all American Radiator Products
We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase from American Radiator. And to make sure you are, our general return policy allows you to return any new/unused American Radiator item within 30 days of original purchase. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for processing. Your RMA number may be obtained by calling toll-free at 1-877-203-4572 or by sending an e-mail to sales@radiatorpros.com. Returns for canceled orders may be subject to shipping charges or a restocking fee. 

If you receive an item damaged in shipping, American Radiator will give you a complete credit or exchange - your preference - when you return it at our expense. To qualify for our damage-return policy, you must contact American Radiator within one business day of receipt of the item.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship same day when placed by 3:30pm CST Monday through Friday. American Radiator
We do our best to fill your order as expeditiously as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

American Radiator only ships to the contiguous 48 states. The contiguous United States does not include Alaska or Hawaii.

Payment
American Radiator accepts most major credit cards and PayPal as payment options. Just select credit card as your payment choice. Enter your credit card information on our secure site. We use Authorize.net to confirm your card information. We do not save any credit card information on our site. Your information is used only for the transaction you are submitting and then deleted. Again, you can be assured that your payment information is secure.

Motor Freight Shipping
American Radiator may use, at its sole discretion, any freight carrier to deliver your order. I most cases, we use carriers offering the fastest transit time at competitive costs. If you have a specific carrier you would like to use, please let our sales professionals know at the time of placing an order. In some instances, this may increase freight costs depending on transit channels.

Receipt of Your Items
Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Your items are insured against freight damage. Please do not sign the Bill of Lading until you are reasonably certain that all your items have been delivered in good condition. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you discover any damage. You must sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing the damage that you see. We will arrange to have the item replaced at no cost to you. Please refuse the shipment if it has been significantly damaged during shipping or if the product is different than what you had ordered.
