Warranty & Return Information

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Most orders ship same day when ordered by 3:30pmCST Monday through Friday, with the exception of standard, observed holidays. To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, American Radiator will ship from the nearest in-stock warehouse location using package services or LTL carriers requiring the least amount of transit time. Each item is packaged securely to guard against damage during shipping. 

    American Radiator only ships to the contiguous 48 states. The contiguous United States does not include Alaska or Hawaii. 

    Oversize items such as heavy duty radiators and charge air coolers will ship via LTL carrier, requiring a business delivery address. Residential deliveries will incur an additional charge. Residential deliveries may not be available to certain areas depending on carrier. Alternatively, the item may be held at the nearest LTL carrier terminal location for pick up to avoid residential delivery charges. American Radiator utilizes UPS and SpeeDee for all ground shipments. Some items may not be eligible for air shipments. Specifically, chemicals and other regulated items will only be sent via ground shipping without exception.

  • Local Delivery

    American Radiator offers complimentary delivery service to select areas of Iowa. This service is offered to commercial addresses only that fall within our dedicated delivery zone. Not all areas qualify for this service. See store for full details. Click here to view our delivery map:

All acquired information is not sold and only shared when required by law.   • Warranties & Returns

    All new products purchased from American Radiator carry a minimum of (1) one-year, unlimited mile warranty for manufacture defects. Some products and vendors offer an extended warranty, which is reflected in the product information. American Radiator reserves the right to determine whether the item falls within the warranty period is to be replaced or refunded. In some instances, an original invoice and vehicle service records may be required to process the return with the manufacturer.

    The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges on new returns and warranty items. In the event of product failure, the customer may be required to pay for any replacement items and will be credited once the return item has been received and inspected by American Radiator.

    All returns require a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number for tracking purposes. Please contact our sales department for the RMA number and shipping instructions for any return.

    Returns for canceled orders or incorrectly ordered product may be subject to shipping charges and/or a restocking fee.

    American Radiator strives to give their customers as much information on each product as possible in size, material types, applications, and cross reference numbers.
